Violation of any of the foregoing, including the CONNECTEDthreadz Terms of Service, may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, and may subject you to state and federal penalties and other legal consequences. CONNECTEDthreadz reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to investigate your use of the Services in order to (a) determine whether a violation of the Agreement has occurred or (b) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
Much of the content of CONNECTEDthreadz -- including the contents of specific postings -- is provided by and is the responsibility of the person or people who made such postings. CONNECTEDthreadz is not able to monitor all the content of CONNECTEDthreadz, and takes no responsibility for such content. Instead, CONNECTEDthreadz merely provides access to such content as a service to you.
CONNECTEDthreadz does not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any communications posted via the website, or endorse any opinions expressed via the website. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted via the website will be at your own risk.
If you are under age 18, please do not register for CONNECTEDthreadz or provide any personal information about yourself. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from a child under the age of 18, please contact us immediately.
Information About Yourself. When you sign up for CONNECTEDthreadz you provide us with your name and email. You will also be able to upload a picture of yourself. You can also provide optional personal information about yourself, such as your gender and birthday.
Content. One of the primary reasons people use CONNECTEDthreadz is to communicate with others. Examples include when you update your status, upload or take a photo, upload or record a video, share a link, create an event, make a comment, write a note, or send someone a message.
Transactional Information. We may retain the details of transactions or payments you make on CONNECTEDthreadz.
Site activity information. We keep track of some of the actions you take on CONNECTEDthreadz, such as adding connections (including adding a thriend), creating a photo album, indicating you "like" a post or attending an event.

Name and Profile Picture. CONNECTEDthreadz is designed to make it easy for you to find and connect with others. For this reason, your name and profile picture do not have privacy settings. If you are uncomfortable with sharing your profile picture, you should not add one, or delete it.
Contact Information. Your contact information settings control who can contact you on CONNECTEDthreadz, and who can see your contact information such as your email address. Remember that none of your contact information is required except for your email address, and you do not have to share your email address with anyone.
Other. Here are some other things to remember:
"Everyone" Information. Information set to "everyone" is publicly available information, just like your name, profile picture, and connections. Such information may, for example, be accessed by everyone on the Internet (including people not logged into CONNECTEDthreadz), be indexed by third party search engines, and be imported, exported, distributed, and redistributed by us and others without privacy limitations. Such information may also be associated with you, including your name and profile picture, even outside of CONNECTEDthreadz, such as on public search engines and when you visit other sites on the internet.
Links. When you click on links on CONNECTEDthreadz you may leave our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy statements.
To manage the service. We use the information we collect to provide our services and features to you, and to provide you with customer support. We use the information to prevent potentially illegal activities. We also use a variety of technological systems to detect and address anomalous activity and screen content to prevent abuse such as spam. These efforts may on occasion result in a temporary or permanent suspension or termination of some functions for some users.
To contact you. We may contact you with service-related announcements from time to time. We may include content you see on CONNECTEDthreadz in the emails we send to you.
When you make a payment. When you make payments on CONNECTEDthreadz, we will share transaction information with only those third parties necessary to complete the transaction. We will require those third parties to agree to respect the privacy of your information.
When you invite a thriend to join. When you ask us to invite a thriend to join CONNECTEDthreadz, we will send your thriend a message on your behalf using your name. We may also send up to two reminders to them in your name.

We allow search engines to access information set to the "everyone" setting (along with your name and profile picture) and your profile information that is visible to everyone. You can change the visibility of some of your profile information using the customize section of your privacy settings.
To provide you with services. We may provide information to service providers that help us bring you the services we offer. For example, we may use third parties to help host our website, send out email updates about CONNECTEDthreadz, remove repetitive information from our user lists, process payments, or provide search results or links (including sponsored links).
To advertise our services. We may ask advertisers outside of CONNECTEDthreadz to display ads promoting our services.
To offer joint services. We may provide services jointly with other companies, such as the classifieds on CONNECTEDthreadz. If you use these services, we may share your information to facilitate that service.

Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the website. You also agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content on CONNECTEDthreadz.
Your Intellectual Property Rights. CONNECTEDthreadz claims no ownership or control over any content submitted, posted or displayed by you on or through CONNECTEDthreadz. You or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any content you submit, post or display on or through CONNECTEDthreadz and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying content on or through CONNECTEDthreadz which are intended to be available to the members of the public, you grant CONNECTEDthreadz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish and distribute such content. CONNECTEDthreadz furthermore reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any content in its sole discretion. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any content submitted.
Changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. If we make changes to this our policy we will notify you by publication here. If the changes are material, we will provide you additional, prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances.
Consent to Collection and Processing in the United States. By using CONNECTEDthreadz, you consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
Termination; Suspension. CONNECTEDthreadz may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, terminate service, terminate this agreement, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content contained in your account although residual copies of information may remain in our system for some time for back-up purposes.
Disputes. You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute ("claim") you have with us arising out of or relating to this statement or CONNECTEDthreadz exclusively in a state or federal court located in Comal County Texas. The laws of the State of Texas will govern this statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Comal County Texas for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content or information on CONNECTEDthreadz you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.

WE ARE PROVIDING CONNECTEDthreadz "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT CONNECTEDthreadz WILL BE SAFE OR SECURE. CONNECTEDthreadz IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS STATEMENT OR CONNECTEDthreadz EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THIS STATEMENT OR CONNECTEDthreadz WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, CONNECTEDthreadz's LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
